BLOC Contacts

BLOC is now served by Vectare’s managed service. This means that all communication such as questions, changes to bookings, or operational issues should be sent to Vectare via https://bloc.vectare.co.uk/contact_form/ or via the VecTive Passenger App (Google Play, Apple App Store).

If you are unable to resolve your query with Vectare you can escalate to info@blocbus.org, but note that responses may take a long time.

The committee do not read the WhatsApp groups on a daily basis. Please do not post a message there expecting it to be picked up. Please refrain from sending direct WhatsApp or making calls to any committee members, who will most likely be trying to get their own children to and from school.

Late or cancelled buses
The bus company should notify Vectare and they will notify you straight away via email and App. If there are no updates, the bus driver is driving (on route) and can not be contacted. Parents can post updates on progress in the WhatsApp groups to help each other and please also use the trackers when working. Bus tracking can be done via the VecTive Passenger App (Google Play, Apple App Store) or on the Vectare website.
