Registration for the September 2025 to July 2026 academic year is now open.
Step 1 – Create Your Account
Visit https://esuk.vectare.co.uk and click Sign Up to create a parent account.
Step 2 – Add Your Children as Passengers
Once your account is set up, add each child as a passenger within your account.
Step 3 – Book Your Journeys
You can book full-time or part-time travel. Families with split arrangements can book across multiple routes.
📌 Your place is not confirmed until you receive an invoice and pay it. If payment is not received on time, your seat request will be cancelled and offered to the next applicant.
💳 Pupil Premium?
If your child is on Pupil Premium, please email info@blocbus.org after adding them as a passenger so we can adjust charges accordingly.
🃏 Swipe Cards
After booking, you can order and receive a Vectare swipe card by post. If your child travels before the card arrives, don’t worry – the bus driver holds a passenger list and can tick off your child’s name. Your booking confirmation email can also be used as proof of travel.
📱 Download the Vectare App
We recommend downloading the Vectare Passenger App – it’s the easiest way to manage travel day to day.
With the app you can:
- 📍 Track the bus in real time – see exactly where the bus is and when it will arrive
- 🎟️ Buy ad hoc tickets for occasional journeys
- 📅 View up-to-date timetables and route information
- 🔔 Receive notifications about delays or changes

🏫 Route 11 & Other Routes – Parent WhatsApp Groups
Each route has a parent WhatsApp group for updates and community support. If you’d like to join your route’s group, please contact us at info@blocbus.org.
⏰ Timetables & Bus Stop Times
Timetables are available via the Vectare app. Please note:
- Buses may arrive slightly early at stops but will not depart before the scheduled time
- We recommend arriving at your stop a few minutes early to be safe
📋 Seat Allocation Priority
Seats are allocated in the following order:
- Current Full-Time Users
- New Full-Time Users
- Current Part-Time Users
- New Part-Time Users
⚠️ Several routes are at or near capacity — part-time availability may be limited.
👶 Reception to Year 3
Children in Reception to Year 3 must also notify the school separately via the school transport page. This is in addition to registering with BLOC — the school cannot confirm places on our buses.
Special note for Reception parents: The school strongly advises that new Reception children wait until they have settled into the school day before starting the bus. Reception pupils wait nearly an hour at the end of the day before buses depart. If unsure, consider waiting until October half term. Journey times, especially to North Oxford, can exceed one hour in heavy traffic.
Reception parents must choose to either:
- Register and pay for the full term in advance to secure a seat, or
- Wait and register during the school year if seats remain available
